These are the terms for using Project Intent. It's an early product, and the terms are short on purpose. By creating an agent you agree to them.

What Project Intent is

Project Intent gives you a personal AI agent that gets to know you through conversation and, over time, helps you find people and things that fit you. It is provided by Fortex Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Early access

Project Intent is in an early phase. Features may change, break, or be removed. Your agent may be wrong about you — that's why you can correct it. We don't guarantee that the service is available at any given time, that your agent's suggestions are accurate, or that any connection it makes will work out. Use your own judgement, as you would with any introduction. During early access our team may read conversations to fix problems and improve the product, as described on the Privacy page.

What your agent is not

Your agent is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser, and it is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older. You sign in with your email address; keep it under your control, because whoever has access to it can sign in as you. One person, one account. Don't create accounts for other people or let others use yours.

What you can't do

Don't use Project Intent to harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm anyone. Don't feed it content you have no right to share. Don't try to break, probe, or overload the service, extract other people's data, or interfere with other people's agents. Don't use it for anything illegal.

Your content

What you tell your agent stays yours. You give us permission to process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy page. We don't claim ownership of anything you say.

Ending things

You can stop at any time by asking us to delete your account (hello@project-intent.com). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users, and we can end the early-access programme. If we do, we'll delete your data as described in the Privacy page.

Liability

We provide Project Intent as it is. To the extent the law allows, Fortex Media Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
